I wanted to share with you pictures of the quilt I made my daughter.
This is the Lone Star....I picked this pattern, in honor of her birth place... Texas
The plan is to hang it on the wall, overlooking the family room.
I also want to Thank Carol, from Miss Carol's Quilts - for all the patience she showed, helping me complete this, and sharing her talent with me!

hey, left you something to do on my blog.
Really gorgeous quilt Michelle. I would find it hard to part with... but how sweet you are to give it away.
It is so beautiful!
Michele - That is just beautiful - I'm sure your daughter will enjoy it and such an heirloom as well! I don't think I would have the patience for quilting........have some quilts my great-grandmother made and am using them until they are no longer useable; my grandma had pieces of quilts cut out but never sewed together, so one time years ago, I took them to the senior citizens center I think it was in Senecaville, and they quilted it by hand for me.
Take care,
Debbie
Michele,
The quilt looks beautiful and amazing!!
Thanks also for the plug on your blog. You're so sweet.
Love...Carol
