White Chocolate Covered Popcorn
Ingredients:
8 cups unbuttered/unsalted popcorn
1 bag Wilton White Chocolate Drops - Found in Wilton Cake Decorating Isle
Milk Chocolate M&M's
Pop popcorn as directed - I use non microwave popcorn - after popcorn is popped. Melt 1/2 bag of Chocolate disks in microwave - stir takes approx. 1 1/2 minutes - watch closely will burn easily. Pour over popcorn and mix - sprinkle M&M's over it and stir. Store in air tight container.
