Irish Potato Casserole

6 medium potatoes cooked, cooled and chopped

1 cup grated cheese

1 medium onion, chopped

1 small carton of sour cream

Mix all together. Put in casserole. place 1/2 stick of margarine on top of the mixture and bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles.
